Today I ask the Universe to bless me in my effort to align myself with my soul.

Sit quietly for a moment and think, visualize the people in your life that bring you love and feel that sensation and the warmth and compassion you feel for them. Think of your pet when she/he comes up to you with nothing but love and just wants to share that with you. Feel the smile that comes to your face. Capture that sensation and breathe deeply allow it to surge through your body allow that feeling to connect with your breathing. Take that sensation with you throughout your day and anytime you take a deep breath allow that feeling of love and compassion to flow through you.

Anybody out there care to impact the energy field of LOVE and COMPASSION today? Take a couple of minutes to change your world along with the rest of the world.
