Welcome Buzzfeed Fans!
Those of you here from BuzzFeed WELCOME — we love new readers!
If you were looking for a specific article, we apologize it may no longer available. Early in November 2016 we did a website cleanse and realized that some of our articles were a bit dated or did not fit our new quality standards. We don’t want you to feel like you wasted your time so while you’re here, so we thought we could take this opportunity to show you some of the content we like to focus on in order to educate our readers to make their own decisions.
We realize sometimes controversial health news can raise a lot of debate, however, to deny that there is importance in education where factual evidence for an opposing argument is available would be against our mission to try and provide both sides of the story to those searching for it. We also realize that some of our older material could be improved, and we’ve been actively working to improve the quality of our sourcing and content.

From Compultense University in Madrid, Spain, Dr. Christina Sanchez has been studying the anti-tumor effects of THC, the main psychoactive component of cannabis for over a decade. Her research is an addition to other’s work, such as British scientist, Wai Liu, an oncologist at the University of London’s St. George’s medical school. Liu’s research also reveals how THC has ‘potent anti-cancer activity,’ and can significantly ‘target and switch off’ pathways that allow cancers to grow. READ MORE >>
