What does it mean to focus on physical Holistic Health ? First we need to understand that having a healthy body is our natural state of being. Our body is like everything else in this world. It is equipped to move toward its natural state of pure health. All we need to do is stop using it as our own private dumping ground and give it the basic resources it needs to thrive and heal itself.

I found that when out of control with an illness, taking control of the things you can is empowering and necessary. What I ate and what I did to my body was within my control. I made a commitment to myself to eat as healthy as I could, exercise when I could and to put myself in the best possible health for my body to start the natural healing process.
