Healthy Cooking Recipe 2: Dad's Little Pizzas


















Dad’s Little Pizzas
Ingredients:

6 to 8 organic millet/spinach tortillas**

Organic tomato sauce**

½ lb pre-cooked ground turkey

Salt to taste

½ teaspoon pepper or to taste

1-2 teaspoon oregano

Finally chopped garlic

Thinly sliced yellow squash

Thinly sliced fresh mushrooms

Thinly sliced Japanese egg plant

3 types of thinly sliced cheese (to taste)

Sliced black olives

Finally chopped red bell peppers

Finally chopped jalapenos to taste

Spread tomato sauce over the tortillas. Add half the cheeses. Add the pre-cooked ground turkey. Layer all the ingredients to taste. Sprinkle some of the spices as you layer ingredients. Top with spices and the rest of the cheeses. If necessary, add more tomato sauce to ensure that ingredients are not too dry. Brown the bottom of the tortillas on a flat pan. Set tortillas in oven at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts. Do not overcook.

Slice like a regular pizza and serve hot. Serves 4.
