Healthy Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, crushed

3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

3/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

serious pinch of cayenne or ground chili pepper
1/2 pound large fresh or frozen shrimp (if frozen thaw before using)

2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley

salt

Directions:

Saute the garlic in the oil until fragrant. Add the spices & stir gently. Add in the shrimp, then season with salt, add cilantro or parsley. Fry quickly stirring constantly, for about 5 mins or until the shrimp turns pink. Serve with salad or rice, or both!
