  1. Mix 2 parts honey and 1 part baking soda in a small container that can be closed up and stored for repeated usage
  2. Rub the mixture gently on your face for 30 seconds, than rinse off with warm water.
  3. Repeat process once a week to soften and revitalize skin tone.

2. Milk and Honey Bath Soak

Next time you draw up a nice, relaxing bath, be sure to add a little honey to the mix.

Directions

  1. Combine ¼ cup of honey with 2 cups of milk, and a few drops of essential oil
  2. Pour mixture into warm bath water
  3. Relax

4. Lemon-Honey Facial Treatment
