Honey Mustard Chicken


Ingredients:

4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1/2 c. Honey 1/3 c. Mustard, I like dijon the best :)

pinch of white pepper

pinch of nutmeg

3/4 c. water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix honey, mustard, pepper and nutmeg. Place chicken in a casserole dish in a single layer. Pour water in bottom of dish, (helps to steam the chicken while cooking.) Cover chicken with mustard sauce. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is done.
