Low Fat Chicken Fingers


Ingredients:

1 lb chicken tenders

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:

Mix all the above together except for the chicken and egg. Dip the chicken tenders into the slightly beaten egg and then drop into the bread crumbs - make sure to completely cover the chicken tenders in the seasoned bread crumbs. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for approx 20 minutes.

Serve with barbecue sauce/honey mustard or ranch dressing.
