Rosemary & Garlic Infused Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Lb Chicken Breasts- Boneless and Skinless
2 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Rosemary
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Garlic
2 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cooking Directions:
1. Heat Oven to 350 Degrees or fire up the grill
2. Slice Chicken Breasts open- leaving one side still intact so the chicken is still technically together
3. Add Rosemary and Garlic into the center of the chicken- pressing ingredients firmly into the chicken
4. Close the chicken up and rub the sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
5. Brush the olive oil on both sides of the chicken
6. Let cook in oven for an hour or until the chicken has browned and fully cooked or if grilling until it has been cooked through. Along with this chicken recipe wild brown rice is always an excellent side or grilled green beans (recipe below)
Grilled Green beans
Ingredients:
1 Lb Green Beans
2 Tbsp Garlic Salt 1 tsp Olive Oil
Cooking Directions:
1. Turn on grill to medium
2. Wash and cut ends off of green beans- pat dry
3. Mix in large plastic bag the green beans, olive oil and garlic salt.
4. Place green beans on aluminum foil sheet and let sit in grill, turning only once, until the beans are crispy.
