Whole Green Gram Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup Sprouted whole green gram
1 tbsp chopped raw mango
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup diced Cucumber
1 cup low fat yogurt
A small piece of ginger grated
A pinch red chili powder
Salt to taste
finely chopped green coriander
Directions:
Take the yogurt and put little water in it. Add the salt, chili powder, and grated ginger. Mix it in the blender. Take the sprouted whole green gram in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped mango, carrot and cucumber and add the yogurt mixture to it. Mix well with a spoon. Garnish with coriander.
This is the healthy version. But if you don't mind some oil in your food you can use a tbsp of oil and cook the sprouts with ginger, chili powder and salt in a pressure cooker for a few minutes (or till it blows 1 whistle).
