You have to take a tape recorder in to record the visit

I am a 45yr old guy that hurt his back at work for the phone company. Called my supervisor and went on workman's comp and they referred me to this doctor.
First visit. I have a back injury and was told by workers comp that I was there to get an MRI of my back. The Dr. said he wouldn't order the MRI because it wouldn't show anything because there is no such thing as a normal MRI. There was a picture of different MRI's of back and one was labeled "normal". I asked him why he says there is no such thing yet he has one on his wall. Then this Dr. says "You hate me".. and I said "I don't hate you". then he said it again and I told him I didn't hate him--I didn't even know him. So he had me diagnosed to be off work for rest of month. But at checkout, the nurse came and got the papers because the Dr. was on the phone with the Workman's Comp insurance people. They returned the paper and he had scribbled it out and I was to report to work next day--light duty. I also had Physical Therapy. WOW. Me and my wife couldn't believe this guy. So I got a lawyer who was supposed to get me a change of Dr. but that didn't happen. So, after three weeks of physical therapy and pain I saw him again today and my wife brought the tape recorder.
This visit went very much like the first. This time he wants to do the MRI. I asked why this time and not the first time. He said he didn't want to be my doctor because the Dr. - Patient relationship was bad. Well, Duh. He went in to a long spill about me being argumentative. "so, if I ask you a question then I'm argumentative and hate you. You didn't even give me any pain medication. I had to go to the hospital to get pain medication right after I left your office last time". then he went into some tirade about "I know what's in your heart". I called him a Liar at that point because he was saying he could read my mind and my heart. I taped the whole thing and will be forwarding this to my lawyer too. If I wasn't having to go by Workman Comp rules, there is no way I would have had to see this nut job a second time. Two visits and this guy hasn't even physically touched me or examined anything. I'm sure if I didn't get a lawyer involved, I wouldn't be getting a MRI this time either. Florida.
