You Know You Have a Bad Doctor When |He Tells You Your Illness Is All In Your Mind

Then he prescribes antidepressants for bad headaches, even after you've told him you are not depressed, but just feeling very unwell.
For the past 10 years I've been suffering from extreme fatigue, headaches, joint pains, poor memory, lightheadness and basically, symptoms that led me to think that I may be suffering from a thyroid problem. Tests have 'proven' to show that I do not have a problem with my thyroid gland, but no other suggestions have been made as to what I may be suffering from. Apparently these symptoms could be caused by a great number of problems.
All I know is I felt fine before, had lot's of energy, I used to get up very early, went to the gym at 6am before work, felt very well, fit and healthy. Then suddenly, out of the blue, became lethargic, felt unwell, everything aches, even my hands, and I cannot for the life of me find a solution to make myself feel better again.
I tried the antidepressants, the headaches disappeared for about a month, then returned with a vengeance. I was walking around in a fog with bad headaches, so went back to the doctor to let him know that I was not going to take the tablets any more. He was not happy. But I don't care, I do not want to walk around in a fog, with a muddled mind feeling tired with a headache.
All my blood tests have shown me to be 'normal'. If that is the case, what was I before, when I felt fabulously healthy? Abnormal.
If anyone with a good doctor has been cured of these symptoms, please let me know who your doctor was.
