You know you have a bad doctor when the symptoms they give you medicine for, is listed in the side effects.by Nick
This happened when I was still in high school. I had a bad case of the flu. One of the biggest problems was a highly irritated throat. It was so bad that, drinking anything was a huge discomfort. Long story short, because of that I became dehydrated to the point that I was constantly dizzy and threw virtually any time that I tried to move. After 24 hours of this, my father took me to the hospital. Initially things went well, they got me set up on an iv of fluids. It took two full bags to get me properly hydrated. When that was said and done, the nausea was completely gone. The dizziness remained though. The doctors promptly gave me medicine to take with me. Under the name of the medicine (which I no longer remember), it said "for dizziness." I take the medicine as directed for 3 days following the hospital visit. At that point I'm just as dizzy as ever, it was to the point, of where I needed something to steady me, or I might fall. We call the hospital to try get some help. It turns out the medicine they gave me was for nausea (something I was no longer afflicted with), and dizziness was a side effect. As soon as we found this out, I stopped taking the medicine, The dizziness was gone within hours.
