You Know you have a bad doctor when they treat you before diagnosing you!

I'm a 38 year old non lactating female. I've had 4 shoulder surgeries on my left shoulder in the last year, the last one being a total shoulder on June 13th.
My orthopedic surgeon informed me last month that a cat scan had revealed my shoulder was sublaxed, the glenoid and allograft had failed and that he needed to go back in. I told him that I had been experiencing pain in my armpit and breast on the side of the surgery, and that I was concerned that I might have an infection.
I requested to see a breast doctor before I had another surgery. The next week I went to see the other doctor, at which time I could squeeze my breast and pus was coming out of the nipple. The doctor took a sample of it and sent me to have a mammogram and ultrasound.
Her office staff said she would get in touch with me and she sent me home with a 10 day prescription of Doxycycline. A week (7) days later, I still have not heard from her, so I called. I had to wait for them to call back. Her receptionist called me back and I asked her what kind of infection I had. She then informed me that the doctor did not culture it. I asked why did she take a sample and send me home with antibiotics? She then informed me that all she checked for was blood in the sample.
Needless to say I'm still PO'ed. I'm still waiting for the doctor to call back and explain why she did not culture it. Meanwhile I have no idea what to tell my orthopedic surgeon. I can't even tell him what kind of infection is in my breast near where he has to operate. Talk about a moron of a doctor.
