1. Puffy Eyes

If your eyes are swollen or puffy, your body might be trying to tell you to get back in bed and catch up on sleep! This could also be an indication of allergies. (1, 2)

2. Dark Skin Patches

If you find dark skin patches that are almost velvety to the touch, this could be an indication of insulin resistance, which can lead to diabetes. (3)

3. Odorous Diarrhea

It may be unpleasant to talk about, and even more unpleasant to experience, but often diarrhea could be a signal of lactose intolerance. If you find you tend to get loose stools after consuming dairy, it may be safer to steer clear. (4)

17. Height And Longevity
