It’s an antiviral, antibacterial & anti-inflammatory.  And it’s raging the health scene because it has a high smoke point which makes it ideal for cooking.

You may have heard that coconut oil is really good for you, but do you know exactly how good for you, and in what ways? To this day, there have been over 1,500 studies done that prove coconut oil to be one of the healthiest foods on our planet (1).
