It is common knowledge that broccoli is super healthy for you. Researchers are studying the anti-cancer properties in broccoli and have come to some interesting conclusions. One study at John Hopkins School of Medicine looked at the effects of broccoli on stomach infections and tumors and found that broccoli has been found to outperform antibiotics! There was another study that showed broccoli actually helps clear damaged lungs.

Broccoli Chips Recipe

Prep Time – 5 minutes

Cook Time – 25 minutes

Total Time – 30 minutes

Serving Size – 2-3


  • 1 head broccoli, washed and completely dried
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450℉ (230℃)
  2. Cut broccoli into florets and place in a large bowl
  3. Drizzle olive oil over broccoli and add salt and pepper and toss
  4. Transfer broccoli onto a large rimmed baking sheet ensuring the broccoli is one flat layer
  5. Bake for at least 25 minutes or until the broccoli is crispy and crunchy, but not burnt

Tip: This may take some trial and error to reach desired level of crunch. Oven temperatures can vary, and humidity levels can affect the results. Watch your broccoli carefully!
