Coconut sugar is far superior than your classic white table sugar. It contains potassium, Vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, zinc and much more. While the glycemic levels of regular sugar range from 60 to 75 while coconut sugar’s glycemic levels are half that! High glycemic levels cause your blood level to sky rockets which directly influences your insulin levels. This can put you at risk for diabetes.
