Watermelon is also full of other important nutrients such as antioxidants and amino acids. In addition to all this watermelon is made up of about 92 percent water making it a super refreshing and hydrating summer snack.

Water in itself is an amazing tool for weight loss. Not only does it help to stifle cravings, which lead to over or unhealthy eating, it also helps keep the body hydrated and feeling active.
