Unhealthy diet and low physical activity are the biggest culprits of fat deposits in the body. Using this cocktail in conjunction with a proven program that gets results is a sure fire way to aid you in becoming your best self.Your best self = more energy, clarity and happiness. I didn’t think my happiness was indicative of what I was putting in my body, but it does play a large part, not only in how I feel but how the weight was being stored on my body as unsightly fat. 

So, what can you do to get rid of the fat and eliminate toxins?

I’ll tell you a secret.    You can’t just juice them away. (I know. Bummer right?) Juicing will force them to detox, but you also need fat to help you transport them out of your body. As well as fiber! 

Avocado is loaded with fiber! This will help you remove toxins once you break free with a juice detox.  It’s absolutely necessary to not just detox but to transport them out of your body. 

IF you do not get rid of these pesky little critters they can… Disrupt your brain synapsis, making your thoughts slower and harder to process. 

The zenoestrogenic compounds that are taken in from the air we breathe, the food we eat, etc, can be stored in your fat cells – these petrochemicals can wreak havoc on any chance of losing the last 10 pounds, or getting your ideal body. 

It can cause uncontrollable mood swings and cravings. 

So – how do you and I prevent this from happening in the future. 

This is one of my favorite juice recipes for losing weight and breaking up toxins. 

This recipe also has the transport from the avocado – it will also help prevent the insulin spike from the sugar in the juice.

Fat Burning Detox Drink Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 handful mint and parsley ½ avocado
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup of spinach
  1. Spinach, mint and parsley are well washed, peel the avocados and cut them into cubes. The avocado, spinach, mint, parsley, garlic, vinegar and water are put in blender and are well mixed. Finally, add honey and ginger and mix again. Drink the cocktail every morning on an empty stomach.
