This smoothie includes the warming properties of ginger, the energizing and fat burning properties of MCT oil, and refreshing properties of lime and mango.

Ginger Lime Smoothie Recipe

- 1/2 banana
- 1 1/2 cups kale, de-stemmed
- 2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 2 tsp MCT Oil
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- few cubes ice, optional
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If your blender isn’t too strong, try first mixing the water and greens until it becomes liquid (this will prevent any chunkiness) and then add in the other ingredients and blend.
