Caffeine will force moisture out of your skin, which in turn will tighten it up.

5. Try Dry Brushing

Massaging the target areas is a great way to get the blood going, which releases toxins and excess fluid.  Dry brushing is the act of brushing your skin; this creates blood flow and also gets rid of all the dead skin that is resting on the top layer.

Start by getting yourself a natural bristle body brush, keep it dry at all times. Before you shower, start brushing at your feet and work your way up until you have reached your heart. Do this a few times until you are satisfied. Make sure not to do this to hard or too often, the last thing you would want is to damage your skin.
