Finally, you’ll also need your very own ice cream maker. Or at least have a friend or family member willing to share his or her machine.
With these at your disposal, you should be good to go.
Here’s what you’ll need:
– ½ of a cup of mixed berries (you can use your favorite, I personally prefer raspberries)
– ¼ of a cup of real organic maple syrup
– ½ a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
– 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– ½ a cup of cashews
– ½ teaspoon of arrowroot powder
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
Place all your ingredients in your high-powered blender. Make sure the mixture is consistently mixed and uniform in texture.
After that, it’s simply a matter of chilling your ice cream mixture for about two hours in your fridge then pouring it into your ice cream maker and following its freezing instruction.
